Top tip! Delicious oat biscuits

In the diet plan section of your course, there are times during the day I recommend eating oats as the snack. It’s not always convenient to make porridge, so another handy way to get your oats is in a tasty oat biscuit.

Follow this simple recipe to make yours today.

Ingredients:

  • 50g porridge oats
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Press into a 2lb loaf tin and place in the oven for 30 – 35 mins at 170oc
  3. When ready, take out and allow to cool and cut into 3 slices
