Introduction to Abs in 8 Weeks

Almost one in every ten adults in the UK has a gym membership and there is a good chance if you’re reading this then you do too. On average, these adults may work out 2-4 times a week, and while there are health benefits to any type of physical exercise, most people still do not achieve the body transformation they’re looking for. With memberships costing hundreds, even thousands, per year, these absent results are not only incredibly unfulfilling, but can even become a physical and financial strain.

The problem lies with planning. Most gym users do not follow a structured, individualised plan matched to their goals and complemented by their diet. To see quick and marked improvements in body composition, a healthy individual must eat and exercise in a purposeful and organised way. As everyone is different, one person’s plan is unlikely to be the same as another’s’.

After watching people train ineffectively for years, I decided something needed to be done. ABS IN 8 WEEKS is my answer: a tailored solution for those who are discontent with average results. This programme is specifically designed for your personal ability level and goals – helping you to burn fat and build muscle for an exceptional body transformation in a short and healthy period of time.

With over 20 years’ experience in gyms across Northern Ireland, as well as a fitness background dating back to my teens, I have learnt how to attain best results from training. My preferred method – the one that I’ve seen repeatedly prove itself as most effective – is the mesocycle approach.

A mesocycle is a period of time lasting from 6 to 10 weeks in which a specific type of training takes place. In my experience, 8 weeks is the optimum period of time to achieve a significant improvement in body shape while simultaneously increasing general health and fitness levels.

This programme will give people of all ages, abilities and weight categories an individual eating and training plan. The work in the gym will be challenging but participants will know that every set, every rep has a purpose, that there is a tried and tested rationale behind the programme and the sweat!
