ABS IN 8 WEEKS is a bespoke diet and exercise programme designed by me, for you. It works on the fundamentals of losing fat and gaining muscle through a tailored plan – taking into consideration both your starting weight and your existing fitness level.

This is a plan that I have personally followed in order to participate in competitions, so from first-hand experience I can testify to real results.
